BirdieCut ("the app") is published by Sweet N Simple Home LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short, it doesn't collect any.
None. BirdieCut does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to us or to anyone else. There is no sign-up, no login, and no account. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, and the app contains no third-party SDKs that gather data.
Everything the app does happens locally on your device. The videos you record or import, the rounds and scores you log, and the highlight reels you create are stored only on your iPhone. They are never uploaded to a server, and we never see them.
The app may ask for the following permissions. Each is used only on your device, and the data is never collected or transmitted by us:

We do not share data with third parties, because we don't collect any. The app includes no advertising networks, no analytics providers, and no external data services.
BirdieCut is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone — including children.
Since all data is stored on your device, you are in full control. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your iPhone. There is nothing stored on our side to delete.
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a revised date. Because the app collects no data, we expect changes to be rare.
