We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple licensed-application end-user license agreement (EULA).
The videos, recordings, and other content you create or import remain entirely yours and are stored on your device. We do not access, collect, or claim any rights to your content.
You agree not to misuse the app, including by reverse-engineering it, using it to infringe others' rights, or recording people without the consent required where you are. You are responsible for the content you record and how you share it.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet N Simple Home LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
